Coach/Consultant

Emily Munro joined the JM3 Team in Jan 2026. 

Prior to becoming a Coach/Consultant for JM3, she was working as a junior publicist at LeCollective M, a boutique PR agency that specialized in hospitality clients. 

Previously, she served as the Assistant Coach at Stanford University under Danielle Spencer from June, 2022 to May 2023.

A former Oregon and Arizona State standout, Munro finished her playing career at ASU with 47 goals and 11 assists during the 2022 season while earning her Master's of Science in Digital Audience Strategy. She also earned her Bachelor's Degree in Tempe in 2021, majoring in liberal studies.

Munro's final season with the Sun Devils was the most successful in program history as the team earned signature wins over No. 6 Rutgers and No. 16 USC. Munro started all 35 games during her time in Arizona and helped the team to a program-best No. 19 ranking at the end of the 2022 season.

Emily attended Kent Denver School, where she scored 60 goals and had 21 assists her senior year en route to first team All-State and All-American honors.
